Shipping policy

All items are shipped from our local store front. Please allow extended wait times during sales and high traffic seasons. If you need rush shipping or have a special expedited circumstance, please call us prior to placing your order so we can accommodate your needs.

We are not responsible for your package once it leaves our store. We offer Route protection insurance for every order, and we strongly encourage you use it.  

Expedited shipping options (such as 2-Day or Overnight) refer to the carrier’s transit time once an order has shipped.
Orders are shipped via the selected service after fulfillment. Fulfillment time is separate from transit time.

During Black Friday season we will not be accepting rush orders on shipping.
