Return Policy
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
This includes Black Friday and all promotional items.
Return Window
We accept returns for refund, exchange, or store credit within:
- In-store purchases: 7 days from date of purchase
- Online orders: 7 days from delivery date
Because we operate with limited inventory, timely returns are appreciated.

- A tracking number is required for all mailed returns
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
Return Outcomes
Refunds (to original payment method):
Refunds are subject to:
- A 10% restocking fee
- A $11.99 nonrefundable return shipping fee
Items returned requesting a refund that do not meet policy requirements (including sale items) will be rejected and returned to the customer.
Store Credit:
Issued once the return is in transit back to us.
No restocking fee applies.
Exchanges:
Approved manually and processed once the item is received.
No restocking fee applies.
Denim & Fit-Sensitive Items
We put significant effort into helping customers find the correct fit.
We strongly encourage fit consultations before purchasing denim, trousers, or other fitted garments.
If multiple sizes of the same item are ordered:
- One item may be refunded
- Additional returned sizes will be eligible for exchange or store credit only
This allows us to responsibly manage limited-run inventory.
Instant Exchange Window (Loop Returns)
For customers using our instant exchange option:
- Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- After 7 days, instant exchanges are no longer available
- If initiated after the 7-day window (if approved), a 20% restocking fee will apply
Condition Requirements
Items must be returned in original condition:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Tags attached
- Original packaging included (when applicable)
Items with stains, odors, wear, or damage will not be accepted.
Shoes
Shoes must be:
- Completely unworn
- Returned in the original, undamaged box
- Packed with all original materials
Any signs of wear (including sole scuffing) will result in denial.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or promotional items
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Custom-hemmed or altered garments
- Underwear
- Accessories
- Worn shoes
- Items with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume, or stains
Processing Time
- Returns are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt
- Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
Canceled Orders
Canceled orders incur a 5% fee to cover payment processing costs.
Why We Have This Policy
We operate with small inventories and limited size runs.
Returns—especially worn or excessive ones—directly impact our ability to stock unique products.
Refunds include restocking and return shipping fees to help offset handling and processing costs.
