Return Policy

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. Items returned after the 15th day have up to 30 days to be returned for a store credit.

To return an item by mail, please fill out the return form (note: Insert Click Link for print form and also advise to print forms for packages as well) and address the package to Iron Shop Provisions ——— insert mailing address_—-Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice.  Once your package is received please allow 5 - 7 business days for return processing. You are responsible for tracking and/or insurance on return shipping items. We advise  strongly on tracking.  When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification

 

*SHOES: Must be UNWORN and shipping back in their non damaged original packaging. IF your shoes after ____ days show signs of possible defects, please contact our stylist team for information on our shoe brands and their customer quality and happiness policies, as they vary brand to brand. We carry on the best of the best in shoes so we hold high standards in the quality of shoes you receive. IF shoes are sent back UNWORN but NOT in original packaging you may receive up to ___ less in store credit if the original box is not returned in original new like condition. If shoes are WORN outside of trying them on and a quick walk on  a soft indoor surface, you MUST contact our store stylist team before initiating a return. 

To return an item in store, please bring your unworn, unwashed, tags still attached items along with your online receipt to our location located at ___________. A manager will assist you with your return or exchange. Please note the above return policy deadlines apply for in-store as well.
